No. I believe I know the problem. I'm the same guy that requested Pes 2011.
Solution :
After you've extracted the file. Place it in "Game" [ on your psp memory stick ]. Rename the folder you placed in the "Game" folder to .. "NPUH299104" or NARUTO. That should make it work.
I Really Dont Know Your Problem I Finished The Game Without no Problem and Everything Was Totally Smooth... Try Extracting the Game Again and put it on back on
